With enough components for two groups of students, this hands-on kit is great for enriching instantly beneficial STEM experiences. It contains 115 interlocking building blocks, pegs, gears, two Edison Robots, and other parts, and it is also 100 percent compatible with the Edison and other LEGO building systems.

Each pack is capable of helping children design and construct five different and incredibly unique ‘EdBuilds,’ all of which help you illuminate various areas within STEAM education. All the while, students are given their chance to revamp their engineering prowess, test out their coding skills, then truly bring their innovative ideas to life using this school-friendly and powerful technology. The components in your EdSTEM Home Pack are designed to permit open-ended inventing as children design structures they can program. All of their blocks snap right into the surface of the Edison Robot and allow children to revamp their creativity and design skills. The technology of the Edison itself remains unchanged as it still reads barcodes or responds to remote-control cues that students write themselves.

As far as the options for building parts, kits include various gears, sockets, plastic LEGO-like pieces, and more. Each kit includes 10 separate units of the EdSTEM Home Pack, providing students with plenty of possibilities for learning more about engineering, design thinking, and, once they have got something cool built, programming!
