OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

For this entry-level position, we are seeking an organized, detailed-oriented and highly motivated individual who will be responsible for supporting the Operations team and fulfilling other office duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations team with vendor and customer relations, order fulfillment, product selection, and inventory management for our online store
  • Strategically manage and maintain the schedules of the team, especially the CEO, so that every day is efficiently organized.
    • Coordinate travel schedules, plans and accommodations for team members.
    • Manage complex calendars and scheduling involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Handle a large volume of email and phone communications on behalf of Eduporium and its sister company.
  • Keep our paper documents and electronic files organized
  • Perform an array of administrative and office management tasks as needed.
  • Contribute beyond the core administrative and operational role by taking on and completing small tasks and large projects that are part of the company’s mission.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have a startup mentality and high level of attention to detail
  • Extremely organized - you will be able to easily coordinate and maintain your own work life
  • 1 - 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proactive focus on support – the ability to anticipate issues before they arise, and knowing what your team needs
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, i.e., you can get things done without creating problems
  • Self-motivation and drive to deliver with minimal direction
  • Ability to maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality

ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with K-12 Schools, Districts and Collaborative Organizations in the US.  

Responsibilities:

  • Build and establish relationships with K-12 schools, Districts, and Regional Collaborative Organizations with objective of adding Eduporium as an approved vendor and closing deals.
  • Exceed Yearly Revenue and Gross Margin Quotas by selling Eduporium Products & Services into K-12 & Education Market
  • Provide Sales Management a weekly forecast and summary of business development activities, including updating CRM system (ex. Salesforce).
  • Attend & Contribute to Weekly and Monthly Sales & Company Meetings
  • Create a Territory Sales Plan for your territory and provide guidance and feedback on a Field Marketing Plan
  • Demonstrate knowledge of educational technology and how it could be integrated into the curriculum.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows and expos

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of information technology sales experience with an OEM (ex. HP, Lenovo), IT Solution Provider or Value Added Reseller (ex. CDW, PC Connections) or similar experience.
  • Preference given to candidates with State, Local, and Education experience
  • Previous business development skills, extensive experience with cold calling, email campaigns, trade shows and other sales development skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Understanding of educational and instructional technology integration
  • Comfortable working with a team approach
  • Excellent communication, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take directions and work independently
