Does Eduporium Accept Purchase Orders?
How do I place an order if my organization is tax exempt?
  • Send your official tax exempt form to sales@eduporium.com along with your purchase order so that we can keep it on file to apply to all of your future orders.

Where do I sign up for an Educator Discount account?
  • You can sign up for an Educator Discount account at any time. Please use your educational organization's email address. After you create your account, simply log into your account on our website and begin adding products to your cart. The educator's discount and pricing will be applied automatically.

How much is your educator discount?
  • Our Educator Discount ranges from 1-20% depending on the item. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some items are exempt from an educator's discount.

Where in the world do you ship?
  • We ship to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and US Military addresses.

How do I request a quote?
  • Online: Using the “Add to Quote” button on our product and search pages, select the products that you are interested in. Once you are done, enter your information and click the “Submit Quote Request” button.

  • Phone: Our Customer Success team can be reached at 1-877-252-0001.

Where do you find Eduporium's W9 Form and Sole Source Letter?
What payment methods do you accept?
Will there be a shipping fee on my order?
  • All orders over $500 will have free shipping with exception of HI, AK, VI. 

How do I check the status of my order?
  • You can log into your account via our website and go to your account dashboard. From there you will find a list of options on the right hand side, one of which is "My Orders".

When will my order ship?
  • Our orders ship between 7-14 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact a member of our team and we will do everything we can to help meet your deadline. If your order is delayed, you will receive an email notification. Please be aware that some products have a longer lead time and are noted on the product page in red.

Do you offer any financial support?
  • Our mission at Eduporium is to bring the latest and greatest EDtech products and services to our educators around the country and help them adopt the tools in the most frictionless manner. We value how hard our schools work and do our best to support themin  whatever way we can. One example of this commitment is providing a monthly EdTech grant that is awarded to an educator to supply them with tools to create valuable learning experiences for his or her students.   • We also know that our educator's work hard to search and apply for grants to purchase STEM tools. If you have found a grant that you would like to use for STEM supplies from Eduporium, we offer Grant Writing assistance with one of our team members and we encourage you to contact us for more information.

What countries do you ship to? 
  • We ship to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and US Military addresses. We currently are unable to ship overseas.

 

I am new to Makerspaces, what do I need to get started?
  • We love brainstorming ideas for how to make your Makerspace the best learning environment possible! We offer free consultations with one of our passionate team members to assist you with setting your Makerspace up for success.   • Yes! We understand the financial restrictions many school districts struggle with, and we’re here to help. We’ve worked hard with our brand partners to offer an Educator Discount to our valued educator’s, varying from 1% up to 20%. Unfortunately, there are select brands we are contractually unable to offer additional discounts on.

 

Can I get the Educator Discount?

EDUCATOR DISCOUNT

How does the Educator Discount work? 

Signing up takes only a short form on this page of our website. Once you have an Educator’s Discount account and sign in, every product you view on our website will automatically reflect the price of products with the discount applied, as will all your quotes and orders.

How much is the Educator Discount?

There are numerous brands on our website that offer discounts on products, anywhere from 1% to 20%. However, there are some brands we partner with that do not allow us to offer a discount on their items. The amount is set by our vendor partners, and we are contractually obligated to only offer the discount amount they allow us to.

QUOTES

What information do I need for a quote?

We just need a billing and shipping address, name, and the best phone number and email for the order. That way if you do turn your quote into an order, you won't need to go through any additional steps.

 

How do I self-request a quote?
  1. Go to the product page for the item(s) you want on the quote. When you’re on that page, you. should see a button that says “Add to Quote” right below the listed price.
  2. Verify the quantity of the item you’re requesting and click add to quote.
  3. If you scroll up to the top right of the screen, there’ll be a button that says “My Quote,” and the item(s) will now be on your quote.
  4. Once you’ve added everything you want, you can click on the “My Quote” button to fill in your order details (shipping address, email, etc.).
  5. This will generate a quote, which should be sent out to your email in around 12 hours.

 

What’s another way I can request a quote?

To make things easy, we have a simple form you can fill out on our quote request page. You can add a message there with any questions you might have about the product or any details you’d like to add. Our team will review your form and get back to you with your quote and answers to your question.

ORDERING

Where do I find Eduporium's W9 Form?

You can download the Eduporium W9 form here any time.

 

Eduporium is not a registered vendor for my organization, where should I send New Vendor forms to?

We are so excited that you have decided to add Eduporium as one of your vendors! Please send any registration forms or instructions to sales@eduporium.com.

 

How do I know my order was placed? 

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we'll send you an email with your order confirmation number and order details. If you have not received the confirmation email within 72 business hours of placing your order, please email support@eduporium.com. Please note that it will be sent to the email address used to place the order or quote.

 

Can I change or add an email to my order?

Yes, we can. If you need to edit or add another email address to your order communication emails, please contact support@eduporium.com.

 

I already placed an order online, but my organization is tax-exempt. Can you refund the tax?

Yes, we can. Please contact support@eduporium.com. Please include your order number and a copy of your tax exempt certificate.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can log into your account via our website and go to your account dashboard. From there you will find a list of options on the right-hand side, one of which is "My Orders".

 

How can I cancel my order?

Contact our support team right away with your order number! We'll do what we can to help you out, but please keep in mind we cannot cancel an order after shipment. Contact our support team at support@eduporium.com and please include your order number.

 

How can I provide special order instructions? 

There is a comment section on the last page of our quote request form. Please enter any special instructions, requests, questions, or comments there. For example, if your school is closed for vacation or other reasons and cannot receive packages, please note the dates so we can avoid delivery during that time.

 


PAYMENTS

Do you collect Sales Tax?

All orders will have sales tax charged in states/territories that collect sales tax unless you have a valid tax exemption document. If an order is placed on an account that has not submitted a tax exemption to us, sales tax will be automatically charged to the order if required.

 

How do I submit proof of tax exemption?

Send your official tax-exempt form to sales@eduporium.com along with your purchase order so that we can keep it on file to apply to your future orders.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can order online with a credit card via our website, or you can submit a purchase order.

 

How do I pay with a purchase order? 

Yes! Here are instructions and terms for submitting purchase orders with Eduporium.

 

How do I get an invoice? 

Invoices are sent via email to the email account associated with the purchase once the items are shipped out. If you do not get an invoice upon shipment, please reach out to support@eduporium.com. Please let us know if you would like a pro-forma invoice for your order.

 

Why was my credit card declined?

The most common reason we see for credit card decline is a mismatch with the billing address you gave us and the one on file with your bank. Please be sure that you have entered the address you receive statements in the billing address field. If this address is wrong, our system will decline the transaction and your order won't go through. However, your bank may hold the funds for up to several days while they confirm that our system did indeed decline this transaction. Please check your billing address before completing your order.

Credit cards are also declined because of incorrectly entered CVV, or because of a problem your bank may have with the transaction. If your card is declined, please check all the information first before giving us a call. If the error is on your bank's side, you will need to contact them directly.

 


SHIPMENTS

Will there be a shipping fee on my order?

All orders over $500 will have free shipping with exception of HI, AK, VI. 

 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. Please note that it will be sent to the email address used to place the order or quote. If you need to edit or add another email address, please contact support@eduporium.com.

 

Can I change my shipping address? 

Customers are responsible for all addresses and contact information entered while ordering. Please contact us at support@eduporium.com as soon as possible if you believe you’ve made an error. We will do our best to correct your shipping address. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to alter it.

 

Why do I have multiple packages for my order?

Depending on the products you ordered, they may require multiple boxes or packages to ship your product. Each of these packages will have Tracking Numbers and Carrier Tracking links emailed to you.

 

I received incorrect items in my package?

If you received incorrect products in your order, please hold onto the items you received, and email support@eduporium.com with your order number and a photo(s) of what you received as soon as possible.

 


RETURNS

Can I return my order?

We urge customers to verify that you are ordering the correct items for your needs prior to order placement, and our team is always happy to help answer product questions or suggest the best products for you. If you need to return your order, please first review our return policy. Once you have verified that your return falls under our requirements, please reach out to our support team at support@eduporium.com as soon as possible.

 

I sent in my return. When do I get my money back?

Once your return is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 72 business hours. Depending on your bank, it may take 2-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
