Purchase Orders and Requests for Quotes

Eduporium is the place to get educational technology products that fit the needs of Education and Corporate customers. 

Eduporium accepts purchase orders:

  • Schools qualify for NET 30 terms and may pay with a purchase order.

  • Accepted payment methods for POs are business checks or credit cards.

  • A signed copy of the purchase order must be faxed to (617) 977-0980 or emailed to us at

  • If this is the first order billed to your school or organization, include proof of tax-exempt status if applicable.

  • Please include an official Eduporium Quote with product names, quantities, and shipping & handling charges.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax as applicable. The tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.

Tax Exempt

Government, education, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious organizations usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Once approved, customers may make tax-exempt purchases on behalf of their organizations online at

Order Verification Process

Some orders are subject to Eduporium's verification procedure which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. This generally requires a simple call-back.

If your order requires verification, we will contact you via the phone number you provided us in your order. If we cannot get a hold of you via phone, we will send you an e-mail to give us a call. 

We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.

Shipping & Delivery


Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. 

We have three choices for shipping in the contiguous United States. 

  • Standard Shipping rates start at $5, and should typically arrive within 5-7 business days*
  • Expedited Shipping rates start at $10, and should typically arrive within 3-5 business days*
  • Two-Day Shipping rates start at $25, and should typically arrive within 1-2 business days*


  • Shipments to P.O. Box addresses can be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) only.
  • A signature may be required depending on the type of delivery.

FedEx / UPS

  • A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the carrier's delivery driver and depending on your location).
  • A signature will be required for all orders over $500.
  • Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from carrier.

International Customers

  • We currently don't offer international shipping, but we're working on that! So please send us an email at, and let us know if you would like Eduporium to ship to your country.

We want you to love your new Eduporium purchase! We also understand that sometimes things don't work the way you thought it would or you just don't want the item anymore. It's okay, we're here to help!

You can return or exchange almost everything within 21 DAYS from your date of purchase for a refund. 

We accept returns on the following:

  • Factory Sealed Items (in fully resellable condition - i.e. no stickers, markings, etc.)
  • Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items
  • Incorrect Items Delivered
  • Open Box Items (Items you've ordered, but no longer want)*

*There could be a 15% restocking fee depending on the item to be returned.

You can NOT return:

  • Electronic Software Download (ESD) Purchases
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Products
  • Special Order or Custom Order Items
  • End-of-Life Products

Please contact us first to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with us prior to sending any returns back to us.

If you're returning a product within the guidelines of this policy, you will receive a full order refund minus the cost of shipping. If the return is a result of our error, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.We recommend using major shipping services, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx and obtain a tracking number for your shipment.


Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form made at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive the returned item(s) for the credit to be applied to your bank account. 

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.


If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

The following items cannot be returned due to manufacturer restriction:

  • Acer, Avid, Brother, National Instruments, SolidWorks, Sony hardware, Wacom Cintiqs, Wacom refurbs, Wolfram
  • Any item that has been discontinued by the manufacturer
  • Zip Discs, Recordable CDs/DVDs, Ink Cartridges, Paper, Toner for fax machines and printers, or any other consumable product
  • Any Electronic Software Download (ESD) purchase
  • Any volume license purchase
  • Any OEM product
