Every month, we recognize an innovative educator on our blog and our social media channels, highlighting their commitment to maximizing technology-fueled learning experiences. So, we're always looking to build up this initiative and we want to find some more teachers to showcase. We love seeing how teachers at all levels utilize STEAM education tools, especially robotics, coding, engineering, and VR in instruction. And, we're particularly interested in educators who can talk about the benefits of this type of learning, including how STEM experiences have enhanced student engagement and achievement, social-emotional maturity, or soft skills development. If it's anyone you know, we'd love to have them as our next Featured Educator.

If you are a classroom teacher, librarian, administrator, makerspace facilitator, an SEL specialist, or have any other title and actively utilize technology in instruction, we'd love to highlight that work. We'd also love for you to check out the other profiles from our long-running Eduporium Featured Educator series. If you would like to be featured or know somebody who loves integrating EdTech in instruction, we invite you to apply. Also, since community is such a huge component, we fully encourage you to share this link. Even if you don't want to apply, chances are you might know someone who is deserving of the recognition.

Maybe you took part in designing new STEM initiatives and have some insights into what works and what’s been challenging. Sharing existing knowledge could help other educators discover different resources, new instructional techniques, and gain insights on what to avoid. Or, if you use STEM tools in the classroom, we would love hearing what works in your space! We have already seen so many examples of maximizing tech tools and additional resources through the grants we've awarded alone. So, we know there has to be more teachers, librarians, or support staff members who'd also love sharing their experiences.

How to apply for the next round.

To apply, simply fill out the Featured Educator application or forward the link to other interested teachers. We can’t wait to hear from you and we’re excited to continue building this community. You can discover all educators we’ve featured on our blog in the past and, if you have further questions about our Eduporium Featured Educator program, please feel free to get in touch with us. Follow us on Twitter or Instagram as well to learn more about our additional educator offerings. These include a monthly STEM grant, as we've mentioned, an Educator Discount program, free consultation, and a lot more.
