Carbon fiber reinforced nylon is optimized for higher strength, stiffness, and heat resistance—ideal for any structural application or metal replacements. 

  • High heat resistance under load: 184°C HDT for a fully optimized under-hood and tooling application
  • Excellent strength-to-weight ratio: 110 MPa TS for the more lightweight applications, such as robotic end effectors
  • Engineering-grade stiffness: 7,600 MPa tensile modulus for all structural applications, such as vehicular brackets and inspection gauges
