    Last Thursday, we made our sixth school visit in a series of 10 while one of our team members is on a road trip around the country. So far, we’d visited schools in Vermont, Illinois, two in California, and another in Alabama. This sixth visit occurred at the Socrates Academy Charter School in the town of Matthews, NC as he made his way from Myrtle Beach to Charlotte.

    Shirley has an extra area within her library designated as a Transformation Space that changes every few weeks. For their next project, Shirley will be challenging her students to build a 9-12 foot wall keyboard using some of the materials she’ll receive from our grant, which include a liter of the Bare Conductive Electric Paint and a Bare Conductive Touch Board Kit!

After driving down the entire coast of California, he made it to San Diego on Sunday night. Rumor has it Andy left the world-famous San Diego dog beach, where his dog was having a blast rolling in the sand and in the water.
