littleBits kits and STEAM education

The long line of littleBits STEAM kits help educators in all grade levels create amazing hands-on learning experiences. They are also one of our longest tenured partners. The littleBits solutions have been helping students all across the world design, invent, fail, collaborate, and develop new creative skills when it comes to tinkering and building. Essentially, the system features the color-coded modules, which each have their own unique functions. Known as 'Bits,' these include inputs, outputs, power sources, and wires. In each category, there are unique Bits that perform unique functions, such as a slide dimmer input Bit and a buzzer output Bit to name a couple. Plus, educators can take advantage of the littleBits Classroom platform. It's an easy way to find projects, connect with students, and facilitate meaningful STEAM experiences.
In this section of our blog, you will find all of our littleBits content. We've shared thoughts and discoveries when it comes to using every littleBits kit in any classroom or makerspace environment. You'll even find plenty of examples in our Eduporium Experiment and Tips & Tricks series as well.
